Modular Steel Construction Expert

We are seeking a versatile, technically sound professional to take full ownership of site-based projects from initiation to completion.

  • Full site supervision and management for ongoing and upcoming modular steel structure projects
  • Ensure end-to-end project execution, including civil interface, steel erection, prefab installations, and finishing
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and fabrication teams
  • Maintain quality control, safety standards, and progress tracking
  • Handle contractors, site labor, and equipment logistics
  • Prepare site reports, measurements, and project documentation
  • Assist in technical sales and client visits as required
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers or site supervisors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in PEB, LGS, or hybrid steel structure projects
  • Strong understanding of modular construction techniques, fabrication, and erection
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and execution oversight
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic structural drawing reading
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to travel and manage remote project sites when required
