Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  2. Manage and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align offerings with client needs.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
  6. Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve goals.

Job Specification:

  1. Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management in the Building Materials industry.
  2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
