Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the organization's financial health and meeting statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in financial management, taxation, and compliance. They will be responsible for preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare and review core financial statements, compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, perform monthly forecasting, and analyze budget vs actual variances.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure accurate filing of VAT, income tax, and other statutory taxes, liaise with tax consultants and authorities, and assist in tax planning strategies.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage the organization's cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and maintain treasury-related reports.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial management, at least 2 years of experience in taxation and compliance.

Professional Skills: In-depth understanding of Pakistani Accounting Standards and FBR regulations, familiarity with IFRS, proficiency in financial software including SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Other Requirements: Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in spoken and written English.
