Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms, and ensuring all positions are filled within required timelines with high-quality hires. They will also use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools to track, report, and manage candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles.
- Sources candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Screen large volumes of applicants quickly and effectively to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the selection process.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). You must also have 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring environments. Strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience using ATS and recruitment tools is also necessary.
