Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with knowledge of construction and renovation work.
This individual will handle leads provided by the company, communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, provide quotations, conduct site visits (when needed), and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up with assigned leads via calls to ensure timely communication.
- Understand client needs related to construction and renovation, including project requirements and timelines.
- Share accurate quotations and proposals that meet client expectations.
- Visit project sites as necessary to assess progress and address any concerns.
- Convert prospects into clients through follow-up and trust-building efforts.
- Maintain records of communications, quotations, and lead status to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Experience in sales, preferably in construction, renovation, or real estate, with a proven track record of success.
- A basic understanding of construction materials and renovation processes is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English are required to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools is necessary for data management and communication.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to visit sites (own transport preferred) are key qualities for this position.
- An Intermediate or Bachelor's degree; Civil/Technical background is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Qualified leads provided by the company to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
