Student Enrollment Coordinator

The role of this position is to provide support and guidance to students throughout the university/college enrollment process.

This involves attending to student inquiries, guiding them through the application procedure, and ensuring their documents are complete.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and possess sales and negotiating skills.

  1. Student Inquiries: Respond to all student inquiries about courses, providing information on the benefits of enrollment.
  2. Briefing Students: Brief students on the advantages of gaining admission to fully funded courses.
  3. Enrollment Process: Complete student enrollment forms and help arrange supporting documents such as CVs and personal statements.
  4. Interview Preparation: Assist students in preparing for college enrollment interviews and English tests.
  5. Financial Support: Apply for student finance and UCAS forms.
  6. Induction and Classes: Update students about their induction and classes.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Skills Required:

  1. Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  2. Sales and Negotiating Skills: Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  3. IT Literacy: Proficiency in using technology to manage student records and applications.
