A forward-thinking organization is seeking a seasoned Electronic Health Record (EHR) specialist to support the optimization of its EHR systems. This key role will play a pivotal part in enhancing clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the EHR Programme team to streamline workflows, improve integration into daily clinical practice, and enhance system functionality.
- Promote optimal system performance by identifying and testing clinical information systems, gathering requirements, and participating in focus groups.
- Develop training methodologies and content for end-users, provide go-live support, and assist in defining system and process requirements for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with medical and clinical researchers to design retrospective studies and publish scientific articles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine (MBBS or MBChB or MD).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Oncology, with knowledge of inpatient, outpatient, and peri-operative settings.
- Clinical rotations at a reputable educational institution during training.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to handle confidential information.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
