We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutritionist to provide comprehensive clinical nutrition services in a tertiary care hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized nutrition plans, and educate patients on disease-specific nutritional management.
  2. Ensure proper documentation of nutritional care, adhere to hospital policies, and operate the Hospital Information System independently.
  3. Prioritize nutrition care for referred patients, assess acuity levels, and complete nutrition assessments.
  4. Develop disease-specific nutrition care handouts and conduct multi-specialty nutrition clinics as approved.
  5. Manage outpatient clinics efficiently, maintaining records and following prescribed tools and systems.
  6. Ensure inpatients receive a balanced diet according to clinical nutrition standards and address nutritional vulnerabilities.
  7. Supervise and monitor dietetic trainees' daily activities to ensure quality nutritional care.
  8. Uphold professional and ethical standards as per organizational policies.
  9. Participate in clinical nutrition activities during hospital emergencies and support hospital operations as required.
