Job Description

As a facilities manager, you will oversee the daily activities of a team, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently. This includes scheduling work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching employees.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing facility repairs and maintenance, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will need to maintain positive client relationships and address any unresolved issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate the team and drive results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
