Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Online Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment across all platforms and proactively resolving any issues that arise.

You will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience, managing digital content with precision, and supporting cross-functional projects to uphold our commitment to operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely dispatch of orders (B2C/FBM) and resolution of any fulfillment issues.
  2. Digital Content Management: Maintain accurate website and Amazon content, ensuring it aligns with internal files and is error-free.
  3. Account Health Monitoring: Conduct daily checks on Amazon account health and performance notifications, escalating any issues as necessary.
  4. Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to product delivery, content, Amazon, and website projects.
