Job Title: Call Centre Manager

This is a dynamic leadership position that oversees nationwide sales teams, driving maximum ad throughput, quality of adverts and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage synergies between inventory and sales streams.
  • Drive the B2C segment as an independent business unit.
  • Establish established norms and best practices in outbound teams.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  • 6-8 years of experience managing large direct sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Experience recruiting and retaining high-performance sales teams.
  • Able to develop and coach team members.
  • Strong strategy development, project management, problem-solving and change management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Positive working relationships and strong oral and written communication skills.
