As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients and families through inbound video calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless eligibility verification processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized support to patients over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments with minimal disruptions to our clients' busy schedules
  • Verifying patient eligibility and resolving any issues that may arise during this process
  • Ensuring timely appointment reminders are sent to patients to avoid last-minute cancellations
  • Coordinating pre-authorization requests and follow-ups to ensure smooth care transitions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience in patient calling, preferably in a medical setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Word and Excel
  • A strong desire to provide world-class service to every patient interaction
