We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team as part of a dynamic sales group. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and eager to kickstart their career in sales with a strong focus on cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce products/services to potential customers.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and interest in our solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Foster relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
  • Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions for qualified leads.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling and engaging with prospects.
  • Resilient, persistent, and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
  • A basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A team player with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
