Job Description

This Strategic Sales and Account Manager position involves driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Identify new customers and expand our existing customer base to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Monitor sales data and stay up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Utilize first-class consultative sales skills to understand customer needs and preferences, and communicate the features and benefits of our products effectively.
  • Account Management: Prepare account profiles for company accounts and establish strong, loyal relationships with decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely management reports and identify areas for improvement based on sales data and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: A demonstrable and successful sales track record, with a proven ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Technical Knowledge: A good technical background in the product area is desirable, but not required.
  • Education: A degree in business studies would be an advantage, but not essential.
