About This Job

This position involves overseeing the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, particularly with Microsoft Azure and virtualization.

The role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Provide 24/7 remote support for hybrid on-premises virtualized infrastructure and cloud-based services hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and security across both premises and cloud environments.
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft 365 services.
  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources.
  • Implement and manage Entra services to provide secure access management.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Entra Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft 365 Security, MCSE) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in system administration or a similar role in a hybrid cloud large enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MDI, MIP, and MFA/Conditional Access.
  • Familiarity with email protection tools and configurations in Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
  • Good understanding of networking, IT security principles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
