Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and achieving sales goals within Arwen Tech. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing complex enterprise accounts, with excellent relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to customer value.

  • Expand work in new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services, originating sales opportunities and closing deals
  • Respond to RFPs for specific opportunities
  • Manage SOW and provide status updates to clients for work sold
  • Work with the commercial director to report on P&L and MIS for sales
  • Create and manage marketing programs like events, webcasts, email campaigns, and content syndication
  • Collaborate across business units to align messaging and goals
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships to understand business goals and priorities
  • Partner with internal teams to develop account plans and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new accounts and develop opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements

Routine tasks include weekly reports and quarterly reviews, with data recording systems as part of the role.

  • Deep industry knowledge, motivated, structured, and organized
  • Familiarity with Arwen's solutions and MS Office; strong account management skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and driven to exceed sales plans; good judgment; ability to present to senior management
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years in a related field, preferably in System Integration or IT sales
  • Experience managing major accounts at the head office level
  • Self-motivated
