As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Devsinc LLC, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support during the sales process. We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, presales, or solutions engineering role and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in developing technical proposals, including solution architecture, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and requirements, and provide appropriate technical solutions and recommendations.
- RFP/RFI Responses: Prepare and deliver detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical inquiries and strategy development to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, presales, or solutions engineering role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
