Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships, job assignments, and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Client Engagement: Manage client relationships by responding to inquiries in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service, and escalating concerns when necessary.
    • Job Management: Log jobs, assign tasks to contractors, and monitor progress to guarantee timely completion.
    • Contractor Oversight: Supervise contractor performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and providing support as required.
    • Reporting: Send detailed reports to clients after each visit, highlighting work completed and any issues encountered.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and contractors, resolving issues and providing updates on job status.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement process enhancements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in client relationship management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management abilities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or job management software.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
