HR Generalist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and payroll administration.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law and regulations.
  4. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary issues.
  5. Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee development programs.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and payroll administration.
  2. Proven track record of implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
  3. Expert knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
