We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist - Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional looking to grow in the industry.
This role involves ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, overseeing all HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee benefits, and personnel records management.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and statutory obligations, strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Oversee all HR operations, including payroll coordination and employee benefits.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with government departments and auditors for compliance-related matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and statutory obligations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
