A rapidly growing healthcare organization seeks a Clinical Case Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional looking to grow with a company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient cases and respond to inquiries
  • Process all phases of patient clinical assessments, handle diagnostics information, and liaise with international medical centers
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews and build relationships
  • Liaise with the global patient coordination team to ensure high patient satisfaction
  • Work with other teams to provide comprehensive services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in a virtual environment; candidates will be asked to demonstrate a record of this experience
  • Clinical training through working as a nurse or doctor
  • Experience working with patients
  • Ability to be trained on CRM software applications
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoints
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education a major plus
  • A minimum of four years relevant working experience
  • Proven track record in meeting performance objectives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, basic technical support knowledge, and computer skills background
  • Effective listener, understanding customer expectations
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients
  • Ability to work remotely, reaching an international customer base
  • Shows commitment to ethical conduct
  • Works well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Internet savvy, researching customer details
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing. Other languages considered a plus
