Job Overview

The successful Venue Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our event venue ensuring a clean safe and welcoming environment.

This role requires an organized and proactive individual to oversee logistics bookings and staff assignments for scheduled events manage procurement of necessary supplies including groceries conduct routine inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs handle documentation related to bookings vendor contracts and compliance oversee and process all payments related to venue bookings ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal requirements and provide informative and friendly tours for potential clients and visitors.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue.
  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle procurement of groceries tools equipment and other supplies needed for venue operations.
  • Keep detailed inventory and purchasing records to ensure efficiency and cost control.
  • Provide informative and friendly tours for potential clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate logistics bookings and staff assignments for scheduled events.
  • Manage documentation related to bookings vendor contracts and compliance.
  • Oversee and process all payments related to venue bookings ensuring full payment is cleared prior to every event.

  • Proven experience in venue event or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling documents and payments.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
  • Basic maintenance and facility oversight skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes.
