Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to take charge of event planning, execution, and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional project management skills to join our team.

  • Event Planning: Develop and execute event concepts, managing all project delivery elements within set timelines.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing deals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports to stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Suggest ideas to enhance services and improve event quality.
  • Logistics: Organize facilities, manage event details, including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional materials, and more.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
  • Staff Management: Determine staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
  • Marketing and PR: Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote and publicize events.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on the event day.
  • Evaluation: Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations, reporting on outcomes.
  • Market Opportunities: Research market, identify event opportunities, and generate interest.
  • Promotion: Promote business through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine, and internet marketing industry developments, reporting changes as needed.
  • Product Requirements: Create detailed product requirements documents and work with design and development teams to execute flawlessly.
  • User Communication: Proactively communicate with platform users to adjust needs and requirements.
  • Digital Strategy: Help define and execute online strategy for the product.
  • KPIs: Own KPIs associated with digital channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Create and monitor dashboards that track performance and achievement of business objectives.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Deliver a best-in-class online experience, increasing web usage while decreasing operational costs.
  • Traffic Growth: Develop strategies and tactics to drive increases in overall traffic, web registrations, and web claims.
Job Requirements

Digital Marketing Expertise:

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and organize effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Marketing Skills: Ability to create, manage, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with advertising and other types of managers.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, essential for a successful marketing manager.

Market Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze, observe, and monitor market trends.

Additional Qualifications: A strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital platforms will be advantageous.

Desirable Skills: Experience with project management tools, graphic design software, and data analysis tools would be beneficial.
