The HR team is responsible for the implementation of work methods and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the department's daily activities.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing efficient workflows.
- Foster adherence to decisions by monitoring their implementation.
- Support training initiatives.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating Personnel Policies, Procedures, and programs related to Human Resources.
- Execute HR tasks, providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Support recruitment processes, communicate with applicants, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Develop and implement sound personnel systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of monthly payroll records.
- Administer the Employee Information System, manage record keeping, and create new files for new staff members.
- Contribute to HR planning and recruitment, including preparing relevant interview and onboarding procedures.
- Help newcomers integrate with company departments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR department.
- Coordinate office assets and ensure their proper use.
