Job Summary:
As an HR Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling phone calls, and organizing and filing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and reports.
- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
