Device Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team in a challenging role that involves designing, fitting and managing orthopedic and prosthetic devices for patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting gait analysis to assess patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, evaluating clinical needs and designing treatment plans, fitting and managing orthopedic and prosthetic devices, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough gait analysis to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient clinical needs and design effective treatment plans to meet those needs.
  • Fit and manage orthopedic and prosthetic devices to ensure proper function and comfort.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in Orthotics and Prosthetics with expertise in device design and management.
  • Proficiency in gait analysis and ability to interpret results accurately.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Licensed or certified as an Orthotist & Prosthetist with Master's or Bachelor's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics or related field.
