
Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Call Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecasting call volumes and adjusting staffing levels accordingly
- Maintaining an efficient call distribution system to ensure uniform service delivery
- Monitoring productivity and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
- Reviewing customer feedback to address complaints and concerns
- Coordinating workflow and expediting tasks to meet deadlines
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, or English Literature) and have at least three years of experience in customer management. Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and reasoning powers are essential for this role.
