HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Specialist to support the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues and identify solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Develop opportunities to enhance job satisfaction through employee engagement programs and perks.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by identifying and developing key candidates.
  • Conduct thorough employee onboarding, providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and performance management.
  • Promote HR programs and policies to create a positive work environment and foster conflict-free relationships.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems and tools.
Qualifications:
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data using useful HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
