Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

This position requires delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to relevant departments or personnel.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
  • Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for smooth operations.
  • Receive incoming mail and distribute it promptly to the relevant receiver.
  • Maintain an accurate record of both incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Handle meeting scheduling and booking.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for office administration.

Experience Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: MBA degree.
