We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to effectively manage front desk operations and guest relations are essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  2. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  3. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  4. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
  5. Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  6. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Receive incoming mail and promptly distribute it to the relevant receiver.
  8. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of both incoming and outgoing emails.
  9. Handle the scheduling and booking of meetings.
  10. Provide comprehensive administrative support for activities related to the overall administration of the office.

Experience:

  • Minimum: 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or administrative roles.

Education/Qualification:

  • Preferred: Master's degree.
