Sales and Business Development Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in the courier and logistics industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Business Development Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a strong background in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a tech oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
