Access Network Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of access networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in field operations, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance processes for access networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and weaknesses in access network performance.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure the stability and sustainability of access networks.
  • Manage spare parts inventory related to access networks and proactively identify future requirements.
  • Plan, formulate, and execute key CAPEX and OPEX projects critical to routine operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecom Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in access network/field operations and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer-centricity and time management skills.
