Job Title

A results-driven professional is sought to spearhead New Business Development (NBD) initiatives at Jazz. The ideal candidate will possess natural leadership abilities, a strong understanding of technology and Pakistan's start-up industry, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping and evaluating NBD opportunities, supporting senior executives in project management, and anchoring stakeholder relationships. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess new business verticals and opportunities
  • Support senior executives in project management
  • Anchor and coordinate with stakeholders – local and group in terms of refining problems to be solved, approach, business case, approval and execution plan
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with natural leadership abilities
  • Proficient in building financial models and capable of translating raw data into thoughtful analysis and concise presentations that will be delivered to senior executives
  • High quality decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly while dealing with ambiguity and imperfect data
  • Strong time management & multi-tasking skills between on-going responsibilities to meet established deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must have the confidence and intelligence to engage with business owners, senior executives and external professional firms
Education / Experience:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BS in Business Administration or Finance
  • 5+ years' experience in strategy, research, partners and analysis
  • A strong understanding of technology and Pakistan's start-up industry
