About this role:
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee benefits administration, and collaborating with management to identify training needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and renewals.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
