We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Executive.

About the Role
  • This is a key position that will play a vital role in managing our company's recruitment, talent management, and employee performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and enforce fair human resources policies, ensuring all employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement performance review procedures, including quarterly and annual evaluations, to assess employee growth and development.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions, using best practices and technology.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees, driving business outcomes and career growth.
  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage employee grievances and concerns, providing timely and professional support.
  • Develop and execute referral bonus programs to increase employee referrals and retention.
  • Measure and analyze employee retention and turnover rates, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years work experience in a similar HR Executive role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, with ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and mentoring teams.
  • Solid communication skills, with ability to effectively engage with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
