Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.


The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a clear understanding of HR practices in a fast-paced, education-based organization.


Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates of HR data.
  • Employee Grievances: Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor attendance, leave management, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs for teachers and staff.
  • Payroll Support: Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and salary details.
  • Work Environment: Assist in fostering a professional, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based setting with a structured schedule.
