Job Opportunity: HR Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR management professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic human resources management, talent acquisition, employee communication and relations, policy development and implementation, performance evaluation, and employee satisfaction enhancement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an annual HR plan aligned with senior management objectives.
  • Evaluate and establish effective HR systems and manage the recruitment function.
  • Investigate and resolve disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with the HR/Operations Head.
  • Design and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
  • Research, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and review performance appraisal processes.
  • Conduct employee surveys and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diplomatic and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, email, and internet research.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
