Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers in KSA and MENA
  • Build relationships and lead outreach across multiple channels
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps to source leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the consulting team
  • Build a clean, high-quality pipeline aligned with our offerings
  • Track activities and update lead statuses in CRM tools
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Karachi, willing to work in-office or hybrid
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms
  • Confident presenting our services to senior decision-makers
