As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and submitting high-quality proposals that meet the requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposal outlines and schedules in collaboration with the team.
  • Organize and coordinate proposals with related documents and updates, ensuring timely submission.
  • Maintain document compliance with RFP criteria, including content, formatting, length, and layout.
  • Edit and review text to ensure error-free and uniform tone, adhering to proposal-writing standards.
  • Compile and organize information from various sources to generate cohesive proposals.
  • Update spreadsheets with bid information on a weekly basis.
  • Compose bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters.
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple proposals with deadlines.
