Job Title: Experienced Bid Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Manager to review and assess tender opportunities, compile high-quality submissions, and work closely with our global team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses.

The ideal candidate will have strong written English skills, experience in creating B2B technical proposals, and proven project-management ability with the capacity to meet multiple deadlines.

Key responsibilities include tender review and assessment, bid compilation, stakeholder management, platform familiarity, on-time submissions, written and oral communication, competitive landscape analysis, and Microsoft solutions knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tender Review & Assessment: Assess tender opportunities and provide clear overviews to help teams evaluate whether to proceed with a response.
  • Bid Compilation: Manage and compile tender responses with attention to detail and consistency throughout.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure they provide required input within deadlines and contribute to cohesive, high-standard submissions.
  • Platform Familiarity: Become familiar with eTenders Public sector tenders' platform, ensuring all submissions are compliant with platform requirements.
  • On-Time Submissions: Ensure all tenders are completed and submitted to a high standard and within the required timeframe.
  • Written and Oral Communication: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and oral English, ensuring clarity and professionalism of bid submissions.
  • Competitive Landscape: Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying what it takes to win tenders from technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Microsoft Solutions Knowledge: Build knowledge of Microsoft solutions, particularly Dynamics and Power Platform, to ensure relevant solutions are well-represented in tender responses.
