Territory Growth Strategist

We're seeking driven professionals who can help us redefine our business and build a future centered around one clear purpose: delivering a smoke-free world. As an Area Manager (Sales), you will be responsible for enhancing sales and distribution performance in your area, based on market analysis and collaboration with third parties and EZDs.
Your Daily Responsibilities- Create and execute business plans to achieve shipment volumes, in-market sales, secondary sales, and various distribution-related KSI metrics (Coverage, Hit Rate, and Call Frequency).
- Effectively implement our Distribution Strategy and establish required distribution infrastructure. Develop a keen eye for business and communicate incentives and rewards to distributors and DSRs, including SDA, DSR targets, and P4P.
- Mentor DSRs and Distributors through on-the-job training to ensure ICM implementation. Foster relationships with trade partners directly or through DSRs, leveraging these connections to capitalize on growth opportunities and execute the Area Business Plan smoothly.
- Lead trade loyalty programs by setting monthly targets, ensuring follow-ups, and adhering to contractual obligations. Identify high-potential POS and whole sellers in your area and assist the RSM in negotiations.
- Oversee 3rd-party merchandizing teams.
- Report Permanent Point of Sale Material maintenance issues and ensure their rectification as needed.
- Ensure compliance with distributor requirements and workload management, upholding corporate integrity and values by following PMI policies and procedures, local and federal laws, the PMI Code of Conduct, and Marketing Code.
- Update meaningful market data, retail dynamics, and competitor intelligence to enhance the Company's understanding of trade and inform strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales capacity.
