As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed project schedules, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivery within defined parameters and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies, facilitate effective communication and collaboration, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project charters, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards, including PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
