Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at PromoGen. This is a full-time, remote position that requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data across various platforms and databases, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data management.
- Data Research: Conduct thorough online research to gather, organize, and analyze data as required, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Billing Support: Assist with invoice preparation, processing, and management of billing records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to financial protocols.
- Email Correspondence: Professionally handle email communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups while maintaining a positive and courteous tone.
- Travel Booking: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, considering budget constraints and travel requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports as needed for various projects, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity, precision, and cultural sensitivity.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with experience using productivity tools to streamline workflows.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing deadlines and responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, research, and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
