Global Business Development Executive Job Overview
Job Title: Global Business Development ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Global Business Development Executive.
This is a remote, full-time position that involves various responsibilities such as lead generation, creating pitches and presentations for clients across different industries, maintaining our client database on our sales CRM, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize email marketing tools to generate leads and bid for projects on freelance platforms.
- Cold Calling: Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets.
- Business Development: Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls, maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers, and ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved.
- Client Management: Prepare client pitches and present to prospective clients, conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues, and follow up on leads across various stages of the sales journey.
- Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team about planned initiatives and client proposals regarding user activation campaigns.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Must possess strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English. Arabic will be an asset.
- Negotiation: Must have good negotiation skills and be able to create effective presentations.
- Interpersonal: Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be detail-oriented and an active listener.
