Sales and Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in a leadership role.

This position is responsible for maximizing sales revenue and ensuring the effective operation of all store activities.

The role involves providing accurate sales leadership to store staff, projecting a strong company image through excellent customer service and visual presentation techniques.

A key priority for this position is planning and developing a committed and well-trained staff, approached by a comprehensive training program focusing on all aspects of store procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales revenue and ensure efficient store operations
  • Provide accurate sales leadership and guidance to store staff
  • Project a strong company image through exceptional customer service and visual presentation
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance
Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proven interpersonal and project management skills
  • Knowledge of businesses-to-businesses and businesses-to-customer marketplaces
  • Personality traits: Excited, Flexible, and Self-starter
