About this role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/BI Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Create robust data models and analytics solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Analyse complex data sets, identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Maintain high data quality standards and address data integrity issues.
  • Support junior team members in data analytics best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling.
  • Experience creating clear, insightful visualizations and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Able to effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting or working with finance-related data is beneficial but not essential.
