We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reports and dashboards. You will also be tasked with translating business needs into technical documentation and actionable solutions.

You will design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, perform deep data analysis to deliver business insights and recommendations, build and manage datasets using Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX, and integrate multiple data sources including SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze requirements for reports and dashboards
  • Translate business needs into technical documentation and actionable solutions
  • Design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Perform deep data analysis to deliver business insights and recommendations
  • Build and manage datasets using Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX
  • Integrate multiple data sources including SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, and analysis
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
