
Sales Channel Operations Manager

This role entails ensuring the efficient management of sales, commercial, and digital channel operations. Key responsibilities include resolving daily/weekly complaints, managing manual deposits and adjustments, reconciliation and reporting, as well as handling exceptional or bulk adjustments in accordance with SOPs and management directives.
The position also requires flexibility to manage additional workload and provide extended support during late hours when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ensuring error-free handling of daily/weekly complaints from sales and digital channels, with accurate posting of adjustments (where applicable) and timely closure or response within defined TAT.
- Managing multiple daily/weekly manual deposits and adjustments with timely reconciliation and reporting. Handling exceptional or bulk adjustments in line with SOPs and management guidance.
- Timely creation and blocking of franchise, retailer, and internal staff IDs. Managing complaint closures or providing responses via email.
- Providing extensive support to management, sales, commercial, revenue assurance, and digital teams. Performing multiple daily/weekly reconciliations and generating reports of activities completed or as required by management.
