We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Female Front Desk Executive to represent Shelter with poise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. First Impressions: Create a lasting first impression on our visitors by delivering exceptional customer service and a warm welcome.
  2. Call Management: Effectively manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant departments and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  3. Scheduling Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  4. Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a pristine and organized reception area, reflecting positively on Shelter's image and values.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide valuable administrative support, including mail sorting and correspondence management, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
  6. Guest Services: Deliver exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and requests with a smile and a solution.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment, driving results-oriented performance.
  8. Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience Required: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is highly desirable, with a focus on excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  2. Housekeeping Expertise: Housekeeping experience will be an asset, highlighting your ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with visitors and colleagues.
  4. Professional Image: Present a professional image and demeanor, making a lasting impression on our guests and stakeholders.
  5. Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  6. Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.), ensuring seamless integration into our technology ecosystem.
