Job Overview:

A highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist is required to support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and IT service management tools across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level networks.
  • Manage ITSM/NMS cases and collaborate with teams for efficient network operations.
  • Work with architecture teams to implement NMS tools including SolarWinds, ManageEngine, HaloITSM, and Quest.
  • Develop and implement network designs, integrations, optimizations, and migrations.
  • Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and identify customer satisfaction issues.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms and network management solutions.
  • Basic concepts of network security, firewalls, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Inventory management and IT audit processes.

  • Effective communication and collaboration within IT teams.
  • Clear technical documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to deploy, configure, and maintain ITSM and NMS solutions.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a network engineer.
